The amount of the television subscription fee for private use, due for the current year, goes from 90 to 70 euros. The Revenue Agency reminds us that with resolution no. 1/E of today announces the amounts of the fee for 2024 for the various cases that may arise after the changes introduced by the Budget Law.
New amounts on the electricity bill
For citizens for whom the fee is charged on the electricity bill or for pensioners who have alternatively chosen to have the payment withheld directly from their pension, it will be up to the electricity companies and social security bodies to charge the new reduced amounts and therefore those directly involved will not have to do anything.
Who needs the F24 model?
Other taxpayers who already have a TV subscription for whom it was not possible to include it in the electricity supply invoice must pay the fee due for the entire year, equal to 70 euros, using the form by 31 January 2024. F24 (tax code TVRI). Among these, for example, also families in which no member has an electricity supply contract on which it is possible to charge the TV license fee.
