Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
Indonesian Political Indicators, the Polling Institute, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) published the latest survey on the electability of three presidential candidate pairs (presidential candidate) and vice presidential candidate (cawapres) 2024 presidential election.
These surveys recorded the superiority of the pair Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka over the other two candidate pairs.
The three surveys predict that the presidential election will continue into the second round because no candidate has an electability of more than 50 percent. Prabowo-Gibran’s electability ranges above 40 percent.
Meanwhile, the electability of Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar competes with the electability of Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.
“If the election lasts for 2 rounds, there will be a tough fight between pair number 1 and pair number 3, while number 2 will definitely qualify for the second round,” said Polling Institute researcher Kennedy Muslim explaining the results of his online survey, Wednesday (27/12).
