The United States won the gold medal Olympic Games 2024 in women’s soccer. Emma Hayes’ team beat Brazil 1-0 in the final.
Brazil vs the United States will take place at the Parc des Princes, Saturday evening (10/8/2024) WIB. The duel was very open with both attacking each other in turn.
In fact there were many chances created by both teams in the half hour game. With poor finishing the game remained goalless in the first 30 minutes.

Both teams continued to create chances. However, at half time the score was still 0-0.
The United States opened a 1-0 lead in the second half, right in the 58th minute. Mallory Swanson scored the goal.
Brazil immediately played Marta in the 60th minute to catch up. Marta is an aging Brazilian player who is now 38 years old.
The United States nearly doubled their lead in the 63rd minute. Trinity Rodman in a free position failed to direct his shot into the goal.
Brazil failed to score in the remaining period. This allowed the United States to win 1-0 and win the gold medal.
This is the fifth gold medal for the women’s soccer team in the United States. Three of them were obtained by defeating Brazil in the final.
