The 2024 Chenzhou Marathon with the theme “Landscape Painting Chen Horse Meets” is confirmed by the China Athletics Association, with the support of Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau and Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government, hosted by Chenzhou Municipal Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau, and hosted by the Hunan Provincial Athletic Association and the People’s Government of Beihu District It is jointly organized by the government and the People’s Government of Suxian District and operated by Guangdong Xinzhong Sports Group Co., Ltd.

In terms of medical support, 87 AED automatic defibrillators outside, 20 medical stations, 21 ambulances, more than 100 medical personnel, 26 first aid runners, 94 bicycle rescue teams, etc. have been sent in for the competition, spectators and workers. 9 drink stations, 17 drinking water stations, and 7 food stations are arranged along the route to allow competitors to replenish water, restore physical strength in time, and get a better road running experience.
