2023 will have 12 administrative non-working days moving from January 1 to 2 including July 25

Castilla y León will count in the year starting tomorrow, January 1, with twelve non-working days for the purpose of calculating administrative deadlines, including the transfer of this Sunday, January 1, to Monday 2 and the inclusion of Tuesday the Stand out on 25. July, Santiago Apostle.

This was stated by the Order of the Minister of the Presidency published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (Bocyl) on October 27 and which entered into force tomorrow, which establishes twelve non-working days that will begin on January 1, New Year’s Day, which being Sunday moves to Monday 2 and will continue on Friday 6 January, Epiphany of the Lord.

They will also be non-working on April 6 and 7, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, and on May 1, Labor Day, which falls on a Monday. And it will also be non-working on August 15, Assumption of the Virgin, which falls on a Tuesday; on October 12, Spain’s national holiday, which falls on a Thursday in 2023, and on Wednesday, November 1, All Saints’ Day.

The calculation of non-working days ends with Wednesday 6 December, the day of the Spanish Constitution, and with Friday 8 December, the Immaculate Conception, and 25 December, the Nativity of the Lord, which is Monday.

Days corresponding to public holidays of the local authorities in which the person concerned resides, agreed by the competent labor authority and which have been or are published in the official gazettes of the various provinces, are also non-working days.
