2023 U-17 World Cup already underway in Indonesia. Former Indonesian national team coach, Jackson F Tiagosaid people in his home country, Brazil, are amazed by their homeland.
The 2023 U-17 World Cup will take place from 10 November to 2 December 2023. Currently, the competition has completed the group phase.
A total of 36 matches were held at four venues. Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Manahan Stadium, Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, and Jakarta International Stadium are the venues for the match.
The Brazilian national team competes in Jakarta. The Brazilian coach, Phelipe Leal, revealed that he did not expect JIS’s condition to be so good.
Jackson currently still lives in Indonesia. In fact, his son, Hugo Samir, is a player for the Indonesian national team, having competed in the U-20 and U-23 teams.

Jacksen came from Brazil to Indonesia as a player and became a coach. He is a figure who is full of achievements. In 2013, he had the opportunity to coach the Indonesian National Team, although it was a short run.
This 54 year old man emphasized this 2023 U-17 World Cup became an important moment and inspiration for many Indonesian children. It is hoped that the players’ valuable experience can become valuable capital to compete at the international level.
“I am an Indonesian football player who observes all assessments from journalists, fellow coaches or players. Even though I have been in Indonesia for a long time, I still observe from a foreigner’s perspective, because I still have a Brazilian passport,” he said.
