“2023 Toyota Yaris Refresh: Sportier Exterior and Advanced Infotainment System”

PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) has refreshed the look of the Toyota Yaris for the 2023 model. Toyota’s flagship hatchback car has received updates in the exterior and interior sectors.

The updates to the 2023 Toyota New Yaris model are relatively minor. Even so, this hatchback is sportier so it’s suitable for those who are young at heart and want to be different.

“As part of Toyota’s commitment to providing Mobility for All, where we provide a wide selection of vehicles for each market segmentation and a wide selection of technologies. As with the Toyota New Yaris 2023, we also hope to meet customer needs, especially those with a young soul and want to be different with a hatchback that is agile, fun to drive and has a much sportier appearance now,” said PT Toyota-Astra Motor Marketing Director Anton Jimmi Suwandy in a written statement, Wednesday (10/5/2023).

The more sporty impression on the Toyota New Yaris comes thanks to the use of the Black Grill Color and has a new color option (two tones) to complement the previous color choices. Now, the Toyota New Yaris has several color choices, namely Super White II, Attitude Black Mica, and Gray Mica for single tone as well as two tone options available for combinations of Black + Super White II, Black + Red Mica Metallic, and Black + Citrus Mica Metallic.

The sporty impression on the Toyota New Yaris is getting firmer thanks to the embedding of the New Tape Striped.

Entering the interior, the Toyota New Yaris is equipped with a New Advanced Infotainment System that can be connected to a smartphone. Then the size of the head unit screen is now larger from 7 inches to 9 inches Audio + AACP and 9 inches Audio HU Opening Cluster.

In order to increase the comfort of the driver and passengers, there are improvements to the upholstery material. Now, the Toyota New Yaris uses half fabric, half leather for the variant that has three airbags, and full leather for the seven airbag variant.

Furthermore, the Toyota New Yaris will have a new driving experience thanks to the embedding of the Panoramic View Monitor feature. This feature is able to display the top view of the vehicle on the navigation system screen, and the driver can monitor the surroundings of the vehicle as if the vehicle were transparent. This feature makes it easy to maneuver on narrow roads.

Meanwhile, the Toyota Yaris hatchback has now entered its 17th year. Globally, this car has sold more than 10 million units.
