On Friday night, the local Ministry of Culture and Education concluded the 2023 artistic agenda through the traditional “Open Sky Concert”, held at the intersection of Avenida de Mayo and Rosales, with free admission. This year, the symphonic-choral show presented was Carmina Burana, with the direction of Mr. Carlos Vieu. During the musical evening, numerous residents from different towns in the District were present, as well as Municipal authorities.
Spectators enjoyed the melodies performed by the National Symphony Orchestra, the National Polyphonic Choir and the National Children’s Choir. Likewise, they were delighted with the voices of the soprano Antonella Zanetti, the tenor Ricardo González Dorrego and the baritone Alejandro Spies.
It is worth remembering that the “Open Sky Concert” has been held in the District since 2008 as the closing of each cultural season, becoming an impressive show in which more than 200 artists on stage from the most prestigious national groups perform live. important works in the history of universal music in a theater under the stars.
