JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Recruitment Registration with State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) officially opened today, Friday (5/5/2023).
Reported from Kompas.comExecutive Director of the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) Lieke Roosdianti Pangkey confirmed that the opening of the 2023 BUMN Joint Recruitment opened today.
Regarding information and various matters related to BUMN Joint Recruitment, he also asked the public to continue to monitor the official social media accounts of BUMN and FHCI.
“Please monitor the IG of FHCI and the Ministry of BUMN,” said Lieke, Thursday (4/5/2023).
Information on the reopening of the Joint BUMN Recruitment 2023 was first uploaded by BUMN Minister Erick Thohir via his Instagram account on April 12.
“Good news for all of you, millennials and gen-z who want to join the big BUMN family. Save the date, prepare yourself, and don’t forget to ask your parents’ blessing,” wrote the man who is also the general chairman of PSSI.
In Erick Thohir’s Instagram upload, it is known that registration for the 2023 BUMN Joint Recruitment will begin on May 5 and close on May 20.

- Registration: May 5-20, 2023
- Announcement of administrative selection: June 1, 2023
- Kindergarten and AKHLAK: June 10-19, 2023
- TKD results announcement: 10-19 June 2023
- English test: 8-12 July 2023
- Announcement of English test: 19 July 2023
- Test by BUMN: 22 July-9 August 2023
- Final announcement: August 16, 2023

In the previous year’s recruitment, registration was online done on the site https://rekrutmenbersama.fhcibumn.id/.
The site will display various vacancies that are open as well as various requirements that must be met.
If you have registered according to your choice, then job seekers or the public can wait for the announcement of the administrative selection on June 1, 2023.
If they pass to the next stage, participants must take a number of tests such as the Field Competency Test (TKB), user interview, socmed analytic & digital, mind setand medical check up.
The status of participants who have passed will be adjusted depending on the needs of each BUMN.
Participants who pass the selection can get the status of permanent employees or contract employees, both in the related BUMN and its subsidiaries, and regarding the salary and facilities obtained will be informed during the process offering (sign contract).
