2023 Beef Exports: 30% Below Average Prices, Lowest in 20 Years | Ieral Report

For its part, 89% of the total value was generated in the sale of boneless meat (US$ 214 million average per month), 6.3% in the sale of bones and bone-in meat (US$ 15.3 million per month ) and 4.7% in offal (US$ 11.3 million per month).
