Indonesia did not add a gold medal in Asian Games 2023 on Wednesday (4/10). The additional five silvers and three bronzes still put Indonesia in 12th place.
The sepak takraw branch opened Indonesia’s medal tally at the Asian Games today, Wednesday (4/10). Indonesia won a silver medal through Hafidz Muhammad et al. from the men’s quadrant number.
The women’s quadrant number also won a silver medal. The Indonesian women’s sepak takraw team had to recognize Vietnam’s superiority in the final round.
In the dragon boat sport, Indonesia won two medals. Indonesia won a silver medal in the women’s 200 meter dragon boat event and a bronze medal in the men’s 200 meter dragon boat event.
Indonesia also won medals in archery. Riau Ega Agata Salsabila/Diananda Choirunisa won a bronze medal in the mixed team recurve event.
The rock climbing sport added two silver medals for the Indonesian contingent. The two medals were won in the men’s speed relay and women’s speed relay numbers.
Indonesia has now collected a total of six gold, eight silver and 16 bronze. The Red and White contingent has not moved from 12th position in the 2023 Asian Games medal standings.
