The drawing itself was carried out at the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco, Thursday (31/8/2023) evening WIB. Former Chelsea player Joe Cole and former Barcelona player Eric Abidal were appointed to draw the draw.
Defending champions Manchester City were drawn in Group G along with RB Leipzig. Meanwhile, Bayern Munich will be in the same group as Manchester United in Group A.
Serie A champions Napoli will meet Real Madrid in Group C. Group Hell was created in Group C where Paris Saint-Germain are in a group with Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan and Newcastle United.
