Leia Organa
–
–
In the sequel trilogy, viewers don’t see Kylo and Leia interact face-to-face, so they don’t see that maternal side of Leia to its fullest capacity.
However, the faith and love she had for her son, as well as the unspoken connection they have, speaks for itself. Leia drew her last breath to help Ben, and because of her, Ben returned to the light and saw the flaws in his ways. They parted ways when Ben was a kid, but that doesn’t make her a bad mom. This relationship showcased the struggle of motherhood and how it’s not always easy.
Venissa Doza
–
–
Venisa Doza will not be known to many war of stars fans, but she’s a character in Star Wars: Widerstand and the mother of Torra Doza, whose father, Imanuel Doza, also deserves a shout out.
Some mother there war of stars like Venisa, who strikes the balance between a good, loving mother and a fierce, kickass fighter for the greater good of the galaxy while Venisa fights both the Empire and the First Order, deserves big props for being a total badass is.
Galen Erso
–
–
Galen Erso is one of the most underrated war of stars Characters and undoubtedly a crucial role in aiding the Rebellion in destroying the Death Star by implanting in it a weakness that Jyn and the Rebels can find and exploit.
While audiences don’t see Galen as a parent too much, he left his mark on Jyn and was clearly adored by his daughter. Their last meeting, the hologram message, and Galen’s willingness to do whatever it takes to protect his family and help them stay safe in the galaxy are admirable.
Hunter & CloneForce 99
–
–
The outstanding aspect of The bad batches The first season was Omega and the relationship she has with her Clone Force 99 guardians, specifically Hunter, who acts as the young clone’s adoptive father.

The two have a beautiful bond that grows with each episode and is consistently a highlight of the first season. Hunter shows patience, kindness and love for Omega, despite struggling immensely with this newfound responsibility and the whole experience being way outside of his comfort zone. Fans of the show look forward to seeing more of this connection in the coming seasons.
Owen & Beru Lars
–
–
The first group of parents/guardians to be introduced to the audience war of stars (with the exception of Vader, who fans didn’t yet know was a father at this point) were Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, strict but loving protectors of Luke on Tatooine.
Owen gets a lot of criticism, and that’s understandable; He was harsh on Luke and had a strong dislike for Obi-Wan. However, both gave their lives to adopt Luke after Padmé’s death and Anakin’s fall, which is particularly admirable considering they aren’t even blood relatives of either of them.
As Anakin and Luke’s guardian, Obi-Wan also deserves a special mention as one of the most incredible and admirable father figures in war of stars a status likely to be enhanced by the Obi Wan Kenobi Series – especially after the teaser trailer revealed a young Luke Skywalker.
Deposit & Breha Organa
–
–
While Luke was raised in the sands of Tatooine, Leia was raised royally, fighting for the Rebellion from an early age and being raised by the underrated and heroic Breha and Bail Organa.
Even if fans never see them interact on-screen, the fact that they made the decision to adopt Leia is admirable, and the fact that Leia has grown into one of the most fearless, wonderful heroes the galaxy has ever seen has or will ever see, a testament to them as befits Skywalker blood.
Schmi Skywalker
–
–
Anakin Skywalker had a rough upbringing as a slave on Tatooine, but his mother Shmi, proving her strength and brilliance as a mother, made it all the better, all the easier, and all the more loving The Phantom Menace alone.

She cared so vehemently for Anakin above all else, including but not limited to her own freedom. Furthermore, despite her harsh life of slavery, she raised him to value qualities like kindness and honesty, proving not just how incredible a mother she was, but a person in general.
Kanan Jarrus & Hera Syndulla
–
–
Hera Syndulla’s own father, Cham, deserves credit for being both a badass fighter and a father who, despite his flaws, loved his daughter. However, Hera and Kanan are a special duo, acting as parents and protectors to numerous individuals.
The two have probably War of stars’ best romance and jointly act as mother and father figures for Ezra and Sabine (both have admirable biological parents). Not only that, the two also have a son of their own, whom Hera will no doubt raise into a force for good in the galaxy. Hopefully the couple will show up in canon together soon, maybe in the future rogue squadron . The two teach so much for those under their care or as part of their family, putting their safety and growth above almost everything else.
This Djarin
–
–
In just two seasons of The Mandalorians plus three episodes of Boba Fett’s book Din Djarin and Grogu proved to be one of the best war of stars duos in history and one of the best father/son duos in pop culture.
The way Din grows because of Grogu and the way the two form such a natural, emotional connection with each other is so beautiful to watch. More than money, the politics of the galaxy, every other person in the galaxy, and even more than the Mandalorian creed itself, Din values Grogu, and Grogu in turn loves his adoptive father.
Cut & Suu Lawquane
–
–
Cut and Suu Lawquane may not be as mainstream as parents like Owen and Beru, Han and Leia, or Padmé and Anakin, but they may have the most stable family lives of them all war of stars .
Cut – an abandoned clone – and Suu have two children (who Suu had before she married Cut) and raise them together, putting them ahead of everyone else in the galaxy and fighting relentlessly to protect them. They are an amazing couple and fans of The clone wars and The bad batch really appreciate what a brilliant couple they are.
