Since 2017, when the second generation Rexton met the public for the first time, the car has been modernized several times – both externally and technically.
The dimensions have not changed significantly. It’s a big SUV on a frame, just like a Toyota Land Cruiser. It has a 2.2-liter diesel engine with 200 hp, a plug-in 4×4 drive and an 8-speed “automatic”. The Rexton can tow a trailer weighing up to 3 tons. The ground clearance of the car is 23 centimeters. The overhangs are quite long, but it doesn’t change much off-road.
Also on the highway, the KGM Rexton is surprisingly compact and sleek. The price for this is relatively hard damping, which is felt even more with additional 20″ wheels. It is better to stick with the standard 18″ rims.
