Mare Nostrum, an innovative expert in Human Resources for SMEs/ETIs, achieves annual revenue for 2022 of €171.4 million, up +10%, exceeding the Group’s best levels. This historic performance is driven by a very good level in the 4th quarter of 2022 at €46.1 million (+11%) and benefits from the good momentum of all the businesses, which progressed in unison over the 2022 financial year.
The Temporary Work activity (86% of Group turnover) amounted to €147.4 million, up +9%, outperforming the sector, which grew by +8.4% over the same period.
The doubling of turnover linked to the Apprentice Training Centers (CFA) and the very good activity of AT Patrimoine (+ 19% to €7.2 million) over the year, allow the Training division (5% of Group turnover) to continue to grow with turnover of €9.2 million, up 18% compared to 2021.
The Wage Portage activity (5% of Group turnover) amounted to €8.9 million over the year, an improvement of +4% compared to last year.
The HR Services division now contributes 2% to the Group’s turnover and recorded a clear increase in its activity in 2022 to €3.7 million (+ 53%) thanks to the successful integration of the activities of Uni ‘TT and Single Agency.
As for the Recruitment division, it amounts to €2.2 million for the year 2022 and records growth of 12% compared to 2021, driven by the regions of Lyon and Toulouse where demand has increased more strongly.
