SILVERSTONE – Qualification British MotoGP 2022 completed held at the Silverstone Circuit, Saturday (6/8/2022), evening WIB. Pramac Ducati Racers, johann zarcobecame the fastest with a time of 1 minute 57.767 seconds.
At the start of Qualification 1 (Q1), Franco Morbidelli was able to show good enough results to ensure themselves qualify for Q2. Not long ago, Enea Bastianini and Miguel Oliveira also appeared extraordinary.
Meanwhile, Alex Marquez had to get poor results in Q1. He fell after only being able to be 11th fastest in Q1.
In the last minutes, Brad Binder was able to shift Oliveira’s position as the second fastest in Q1. Even so, Oliveira did not give up just like that by continuing to try his luck until the end of the Q1 session.
However, it was Marco Bezzecchi who managed to ensure the top two to advance to Qualification 2 (Q2) with Enea Bastianini. Meanwhile, Oliveira and Binder have to settle for being behind him.
Fabio Quartararo was able to show quite satisfactory results since the beginning of Q2. The 2021 world champion was the fastest for a while.
Meanwhile, Aleix Espargaro looked quite difficult to be able to record the best time. He could only perch in 12th position.
Even so, Aleix did not give up easily and managed to become the fastest at the last minute. The other racers also showed their best performance to fight for the pole position.
However, Zarco was able to ensure pole position after recording a time of 1 minute 57.767 seconds. Zarco was followed by Maverick Vinales, Jack Miller, Fabio Quartararo, Francesco Bagnaia, and Aleix Espargaro.
