China is in first place in the 2022 Asian Games medal standings after collecting 297 medals.

In detail, China has won 161 gold, 90 silver and 46 bronze medals in the 2022 Asian Games medal standings.

Japan and South Korea are stalking China. The two countries are in second and third place respectively in the 2022 Asian Games medal tally.
