Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) has announced a number of processes or stages for the selection of prospective civil servants (CPNS) and Government Employees for Employment Agreement (PPPK) Nonguru 2021.
Menpan-RB, Tjahjo Kumolo said, his party is currently still preparing the stages for the procurement of ASN and PPPK Nonguru 2021 which are planned to be ratified at the end of March after the determination of the needs plan.
“The plan for the needs itself will be determined at the end of March 2021. It is currently in the finalization stage,” said Tjahjo in his statement, Thursday (18/3).
However, he announced that the registration process would certainly open in May-June. The registration process can later be done through the ASN Candidate Selection System (SSCN) of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
The next process, said Tjahjo, is the selection process which will be held in July-October. He said the selection process would be carried out at the BKN Head Office, BKN Regional Office, BKN Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), or other test sites that have been financed by BKN or independently financed by the agency that opened the formation.
However, the CPNS basic competency selection process (SKD), he said, is planned to be carried out in 440 points. Then the field competency selection (SKB) was held at 268 location points. The implementation of the selection will use Computer Assisted Test (CAT) under the responsibility of BKN.
“This year Kemenpan-RB together with BKN still have not decided where the selection will be held. But in essence the selection is carried out at the BKN Head Office, BKN Regional Office, BKN Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), and additional test sites,” he said.
After the selection process is completed, the stage is continued with the announcement of graduation in November. Followed by filing and determining the employee identification number (NIP) which is planned to be carried out from November 2021 to January 2022.
Tjahjo explained, the procurement of ASN 2021 was opened in three categories, namely, procurement through official schools, procurement of CPNS and PPPK Non-Teachers, and procurement of PPPK Teachers.
Special ASN registration through official schools, he said, was opened through each school which was covered by eight agencies or ministries. So, registration can be done through the eight ministries or institutions that oversee the school.
