2021 CPNS Info: Starting from the Schedule, Document Requirements, and Formation Required Pages all

KOMPAS.com – Recruitment for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) is confirmed to be held again this year.

Certainty of operation CPNS 2021 revealed in a working meeting between the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) and Commission II DPR RI, Wednesday (24/3/2021).

In addition to the recruitment of CPNS, Kemenpan RB also ensures that this year there will be a recruitment of government employees with a work agreement (PPPK).

Just like the previous year, implementation CPNS recruitment 2021 will also be held with the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention health program.

The following is some information you need to know about the 2021 CPNS recruitment.

1. Schedule

The implementation of the 2021 CPNS selection is planned to begin in April 2021.

Here are the details of the schedule:

  • Selection of official education schools: April 2021
  • Recruitment of PPPK teachers: May-June 2021
  • Recruitment of non-teacher CPNS and PPPK: May-June 2021

The selection process for official education schools will begin in May 2021.

Whereas for PPPK teachers, there are three stages of selection carried out, namely stage 1 in August 2021, stage 2 in October 2021, and stage 3 December 2021.

Meanwhile, the selection process for non-teacher CPNS and PPPK is planned for July-October 2021.

2. Document requirements

There are a number of documents that are required to take part in the 2021 CPNS selection.

Quoting Kompas.com, Sunday (21/3/2021) Acting Head of the BKN Legal, Cooperation and Communication Bureau, Paryono, said the documents required for CPNS this year were the same as the previous CPNS recruitment.

Referring to the previous CPNS selection, some of the main documents that need to be prepared include:

  • Family Card (KK)
  • Identity Card (KTP)
  • Diploma
  • Transcripts
  • Passport photo
  • Other documents in accordance with the provisions of the agency being applied for

3. Formation

Quoting Kompas.com, Thursday (25/3/2021) Menpan RB Tjahjo Kumolo stated that the total need for state civil servants (ASN) in 2021 is 1,275,387 people.

Of these, ASN needs consist of:

  • Central government agencies as many as 83,669 people
  • Regional agencies as many as 1,191,718 people

Furthermore, for ASN in the regions, Tjahjo specified, namely:

  • Teachers of government employees with employment agreements (PPPK) as many as 1,002,616 people
  • PPPK non-teachers as many as 70,008 people
  • Prospective civil servants (CPNS) as many as 119,094 people

However, even though the number of ASNs needed is more than one million people, for the plan to determine it, Tjahjo said the number was only 741,551 ASNs.

Consisting of 69,684 for the central government and 671,867 for local governments.

This determination plan is a formation submitted by ministries / agencies, regional governments, or other government agencies.

“The number of plans for the determination of the central government is 69,684, with details of 61,129 for 56 ministries / agencies and 8,555 for 8 official schools,” he said again.

The assignment of 671,867 ASNs for local governments consists of:

  • PPPK teachers 565,633 people
  • PPPK non-teachers 21,517 people
  • CPNS as many as 84,663 people

“With details of 144,096 for 34 provincial governments and 527,771 for 492 regency and city governments,” said Tjahjo.

He said the ASN needs above were obtained from proposals submitted by 588 agencies with details of 539 agencies having proposed with complete documents.

Then, 49 agencies have proposed and are in the process of completing documents, as well as 32 agencies that did not propose the need for ASN.
