The delegates of different political parties agreed on Wednesday nine points to take into account as part of the assembly of the next elections on March 15.

Then the complete agreements on the presentation of electoral computer system assisted by scanning and transmission of results extraordinary, general, municipal elections of March 15.
It is agreed to formally request the use of fingerprints to verify the identity of voters in the face of the presidential and congressional elections of the year 2020.
Formally establish the president of the Central Electoral Board, make an official contact with the OAS so that the technical delegation that will be deployed on Monday for the forensic audit prioritizes the evaluation of the equipment to be used in the March election process. In addition, that the president of the plenary makes the official contacts of place with the other organisms present, understand IFES and UNIORE, to see the availability of these organisms to join and to be able to carry out the evaluation process of those teams.
Formation of a commission with the technicians of the political parties for the observation of the process of verification of the scanners and printers to be used in the March elections together with the technicians of the JCE, as well as those of the quality control of the process.
Ratify the use of the booklets for scrutiny and the use of a scanner for the transmission of the voting relationship.
Fill out an original of the voting relationship by hand and deliver carbon copies of those relationships in the order of the votes obtained by the parties in the polling station.
The original voting relationship will be taken to the scanner center of the precinct to scan and transmit said results, of which a copy will be returned to the political parties already signed and sealed by the members of the electoral college.
The acquisition of cameras for the official recording of the scrutiny in all the electoral colleges is proposed.
The request that the plenary of the Central Electoral Board, submit for the opinion of the parties a draft resolution for the recording of the scrutiny in the polling stations is reiterated.
To transmit to the plenary of the Central Electoral Board the possibility of instructing the members of the electoral boards through resolution, about the facilities of accreditation and access of the delegates to the boards and to the electoral colleges, especially in the places where there are independent candidacies.
