Van de Sande cannot say anything about the nature of the threats. “It was not a physical threat, but a threat she sensed. Nothing further can be said about the complaint, an investigation will have to show what exactly happened. The incident has yet to be recorded in an official report and transferred to the court.” At the NMBS we hear that “a case of aggression” was the basis. “It was about aggressive travelers, a case of intimidation, as a result of which the young people were unable to get on and the train was limited to the station of Mechelen-Nekkerspoel,” says Bart Crols of the NMBS.
