Big concert of AKAGA in NDK, celebrating the 20th anniversary
The best Bulgarian band Akaga will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a big concert in Hall 1 of the NDK. For two decades, Akaga have established themselves as perfect musicians, great showmen and the band that, in addition to surviving the years, fills clubs, concert halls and relies on the great love of fans.
At the concert in Hall 1, which will take place today at 8 p.m., Akaga will present their greatest hits and songs from their new album, which is released on the day of the concert. Grafa, Hilda Kazasyan, Lubo Kirov, Kalin Velov will sing on stage together with them. Their musician friends Dimitar Kovachev-Funky, Stefan Chobanov, former band members Marin Panov, Yasen Velchev and Ogi Veskov will play together with Akaga “Cuba Libre”, “Vali”, “Airport”, “Edin den” and more emblematic songs of the formation.
The special guest of the musical event is Vesco Pantaleev-Eshkenazi. The virtuoso violinist is a friend and admirer of the band and gladly accepted the invitation to participate in the show. Just a year ago, Akaga and Vesco Eshkenazi recorded the song “They have no fault” inspired by UNICEF’s cause for children without families. Especially for the concert, the musician will return from Japan, where he is on tour.
Spectators of the Akaga and Friends show, in addition to enjoying great musical performances, will also be captivated by the stage layout and multimedia that will remind us of various moments in the band’s history.
Akaga’s concert will surely be one of the biggest Bulgarian musical events of the year and is worth visiting. Tickets for it are already on sale at the NDK and the Eventim network, and the prices are from BGN 10 to BGN 30.
