Industry ‘concerned about general downturn in subscription market’

The fact that the pre-sale price of apartments in Seoul is declining and the sale price of apartments around Dunchon Jugong is decreasing significantly increases the possibility of non-contract.
The selling price of Dunchon Jugong is 38.29 million won for 3.3㎡. The sales price for a 59㎡ type is 900 million to 1 billion won, and the sales price for an 84㎡ type is 1.2 to 1.3 billion won.
As of late November, released by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), the presale price for private apartments was 29,835,300 won per 3.3 square meters, down 9.16% from last November.
