A fashionable destination on the Silk Road, Uzbekistan clearly has confidence in its ability to prevent any contamination by the coronavirus. Eager to see tourists visiting its superb mosques and mausoleums, the Central Asian country promises to offer 3,000 dollars (2,670 euros) to each tourist who contracts the coronavirus on its territory.

Forty-fourteen days for Europeans
Please note, however, that the authorities’ promise is subject to certain conditions. To qualify, it is essential to have toured the country with a local guide. For the time being, only people traveling from China, Israel, Japan or even South Korea can enter the country directly.
