On Wednesday, shortly before 10 a.m., a patrol on Martinsbruggstrasse in St. Gallen stopped a 38-year-old driver. The garbage piled up in the passenger seat. The view of the driver was severely restricted by the rubbish. The cargo on the passenger side blocked the view almost completely, writes the city police.
