Bella explained that diabetes can cause a number of serious diseases, such as blindness and heart disease. WHO data says that 1 in 10 people suffer from diabetes, and this number is expected to increase by 2040.

Diabetes prevention includes regular checkups, healthy eating patterns, and physical activity. Bella recommends maintaining blood sugar with a good diet and exercising at least 150 minutes a week.
At the same time, Priscilla said that a balanced diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and protein is very important for health.
