On the 31st (Tuesday) and November 1st (Wednesday), the area around Japan will be covered by a high-pressure system that has spread its strength from east to west, so it is likely to be sunny throughout the country. The air is relatively dry, so you will be surrounded by crisp air during the day.
On the 2nd (Thursday), a trough of atmospheric pressure is expected to pass near Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Hokuriku.
