Political analyst and original writer United States of AmericaJanusz Bugajski, predicts Russia is currently in an unstable condition so that it will soon collapse.

Bugajski explained that Russia’s foundations are actually far more fragile than Moscow’s propaganda trying to convince its citizens and outsiders of their strength.

Here are 3 signs of Russia’s collapse according to Bugajski’s analysis:

1. Internal conflict of the regime

Bugajski said the foundations of the Russian state as well as its military were far more fragile than Moscow’s propaganda so far to the outside world.

According to him, the economic downturn, the pressure to tighten the budget, especially since launching the invasion of Ukraine, to the personalistic regime without a line of succession made Russia vulnerable to collapse.

If seen, until now Putin is still the most powerful person in Russia since the last 17 years. And until now, there has been no sign of when Putin will step down and who could become his successor in the future.

“We have also seen signs such as conflicts between (Russian) government institutions, the mysterious deaths of more than a dozen oligarchs, and frequent purges of leadership in the Russian military,” Bugajski said.

More than 10 mysterious deaths from officials to Russian oligarchs in Putin’s circle in the past year, especially since Moscow launched its invasion of Ukraine.

Even though Putin claimed to have received support from various parties in Russia regarding the invasion, not a few Russian officials, former officials, and conglomerate businessmen from the Red Bear Country expressed their anger and opposition to Moscow’s aggression against Ukraine.

Since then, arrests of government critics have become more frequent. Putin even passed a law that could imprison anyone who was deemed to be spreading fake news regarding the movement of Russian troops in Ukraine, such as the matter of setbacks until their defeat on the battlefield.
