The positions are initially limited to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. They involve 40 working hours per month.

Areas of responsibility:

– Research tasks on the development of children’s rights in Europe, with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe

– Systematization, transcription and evaluation of partly foreign language sources

– Procurement of literature and sources

– Project-related public relations and event organisation

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in history or law

– Knowledge and interest in European history as well as human and children’s rights history

– Knowledge of German and English

– Knowledge of Polish, Czech and other East Central European or Baltic languages ​​is desirable

– Media literacy, especially in the area of ​​common social media

– Willingness to work independently

– Commitment, flexibility and reliability

– For WHK with Bachelor’s degree, enrollment as a student at a German university

The remuneration is based on the hourly rates for assistants at the TU Dresden.

The place of work is Dresden. Working from home is possible by arrangement.
