jpnn.com, DENPASAR – The hotel on Jalan Teuku Umar, Denpasar, Bali, was raided by the police, Wednesday (7/4) at around 20:45 WITA.
From two hotel rooms, the police found that there was practice prostitution which was done by a masher man with prostitutes of foreign nationals from Uzbekistan.
“In the two hotel rooms there were two couples who were not husband and wife,” said Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, quoted from Radar Bali, Saturday (10/4).
The two women turned out to be from Uzbekistan. Altogether three girls peddled themselves in Bali because they ran out of money.
Jansen said the three women from Uzbekistan visited Bali before Covid-19. However, because they ran out of money, they sold themselves through pimps Poltak P Manihuruk whom he knew when he was at a discotheque in Kuta, Badung.
“There were three foreigners of Uzbekistan whom he (pimped Poltak, ed) sold,” said Jansen.
From the raid, the police finally arrested the pimp at his homestay at Jalan Gelogor Carik Gang Kwala No.11 Pemogan, South Denpasar, at around 21.00 WITA, that same day.
Meanwhile, three Uzbek girls who became PSK and two mashered men who were playing horse were not named suspects. “Only witnesses,” said Jansen.
