Two men dead hit by a commuter line on Jl Pemuda Tanah Sareal Kota Bogor, is a member of the Police. Both of them served at the Tanah Sareal Police, Bogor City Police, and the Cipanas Police Mobile Brigade, West Java Regional Police.
“So the victims were both members of the National Police. The first was on behalf of Bripka Andri Iso, our member at the Tanah Sareal Police. While the second victim, Bripka Egi served at the Cipanas Mobile Brigade,” said Tanah Sareal Police Chief, Kompol Surya, Thursday (19/1/2023) ).
Surya said that Bripka Andri was a member of the Quick Response Patrol Unit of the Tanah Sareal Police.
“Bripka Andri is working at Quick Response, a patrol unit,” said Surya.
Bripka Andri, continued Surya, died at the scene and was evacuated to the City Hospital Bogor Jl DR Semeru, West Bogor District, Bogor City.
Meanwhile, Bripka Egi was taken to Salak Hospital on Jl Jenderal Sudirman, Central Bogor District, Bogor City for medical assistance.
“Two victims died, one (Bripka Andri) died at the location and another (Bripka Egi) died at Salak Hospital,” said Surya.
As previously reported, two men with the initials A and E died when they were hit by a Commuterline in Kebon Pedes, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. At the time of the incident, the two victims were allegedly talking on the side of the railroad tracks.
“That’s right, two people who died were hit by a train from the direction of Bogor,” Tanah Sareal Police Chief Kompol Surya confirmed, Wednesday (18/1)
The incident occurred on Wednesday (18/1/2023) night, around 22.30 WIB. At the time of the incident, the two victims were talking on the side of the railroad tracks behind the restaurant stall on Jl. Youth of Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The location of the incident was also not far from the railway gate guard post.
“The incident occurred, according to information from residents, that the victim after finishing eating was sitting chatting on the side of the tracks. Then a train came, maybe the train that came was mistaken for a train from Jakarta, it turned out to be a train from the direction of Bogor City, so the victim was hit by a train,” said Surya.
