1. Download CopyTrans Contacts by clicking on the button below.

2. Install the software. If necessary, refer to our installation guide: How to install CopyTrans software?
3. Launch CopyTrans Contacts and connect iPhone to PC. Please wait until the software loads your data. When loading is complete, click on the calendar icon in the menu bar on the left of the screen.
4. Select the calendars you want to import into Outlook. To select all calendars, check the “Calendars” box at the top of the list of iPhone calendars.
5. Click on the “Export Selected” button and select the “Outlook” option.
   
6. That’s it ! You have successfully synchronized your iPhone calendar with Outlook.
   
7. You can open Outlook to find the imported iPhone calendar there.
