Dear sir/madam
I am very concerned about my father who has been a patient on one of this ward. He was awaiting for a surgery which never happened due to an infection he has. Theres been no communication, no update about what kind of infection my dad has . Its very disappointing and my whole family are left without any information and now the ward is close. I want to know why theres been lack of communication from the members of staff to the family in a situation like that. Hope to hear from you.
