An earthquake measuring 2.8 on the Richter scale was recorded in the Batak region. This is shown by the data of the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography (NIGGG) at the BAS.

The tremor was registered at 14:36 ​​today. Its epicenter is 13 km southeast of Batak in the Pazardzhik region and 124 km from Sofia. The depth of the earthquake is 11.6 km.
