The aim of the Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (CPME) of the Gironde is to defend and support businesses, while cultivating a strong link with the authorities of the territory. Touched by the distress of the students, she had an idea: to offer companies to welcome in their premises, once or twice a week, a student. How to participate ? We will explain everything to you.
The health crisis is hitting students hard. Isolation, loss of meaning, financial difficulties, almost half of them are worried about their mental health. One in six young people even dropped out of school. An alarming finding when we know that the future of a society lies in its youth. This is why the CPME launched the # 1etudiant1 entreprise operation. Its goal ? Convince as many Gironde companies as possible to receive a student once or twice a week in order to offer him a place to study, eat and some of their means (wifi, printers, etc.). In other words, it’s about sharing and bonding.
From the day after the launch of the site, around a hundred companies had already responded.
Students or companies, if you wish to register, go to the 1etudiant1 entreprise.fr website. The process is then very simple. The CPME will make the link and put in relation students and leaders. All that remains for the two protagonists to do is organize a meeting. The site was opened on Monday February 15th. The next day, around a hundred companies had already responded. The goal is to register 1000 registrations by Friday February 19 and even more the following weeks. A great way to bond in this difficult period.
