1920 are the persons newly diagnosed with COVID-19 in our country for the past 24 hours, which is 260 less than yesterday, according to the data in the Unified Information Portal.
A total of 16,525 tests were performed, which means that 11.62% of the samples were positive – a decrease compared to the previous day, when they were 13.33%.
During the last 24 hours, the number of new patients in hospitals was 273, of which 225 were unvaccinated. 20 people were admitted to intensive care units, of which 19 were unvaccinated. At the same time, 3776 people were cured. 2744 people remained hospitalized, 365 of them were in intensive care units.
Of the studies, 4,223 had PCR and 13,062 had a rapid antigen test. 31 people died in a day – 10 less than on Tuesday, 90.32% of them are not vaccinated.
During the last 24 hours, 70.21 percent of those who tested positive were not immunized. 82.28% of those admitted to hospital were also unvaccinated. The total doses so far are 4,314,508.
So far since the beginning of the pandemic in our country, 35,995 people have died and 866,213 people have been cured. The total number of tests performed in the past two years to date is 9,324,207, of which 1,107,888 were positive.
