A 19-year-old young woman died on Sunday February 13 around 9:30 p.m. on the A314. A passenger of the same age was seriously injured.
For reasons still undetermined, which the police of the Saint-Avold motorway platoon will have to determine, a vehicle with three young women aged 19 to 21 on board left the road and hit the guardrail. The accident occurred on the A314, near Vantoux, south of Metz, in the Strasbourg – Nancy direction.

One of the 19-year-old occupants of the car died. Another occupant, also 19, was seriously injured and taken to hospital in Mercy. His vital prognosis would not be engaged. The 21-year-old driver was unharmed. However, she was transported to the hospital in Mercy, too.
A witness, shocked, was also taken to the hospital.
On the spot, two ambulances from the barracks of Metz and Peltre intervened, as well as the road rescue vans of Courcelles-Chaussy and Peltre.
