19-year-old seriously injured by stabbing

Bremen (dpa / lni) – A 19-year-old was seriously injured by a knife wound in the leg near the main train station in Bremen. One in three suspects has already been arrested. Now the investigators are looking for witnesses, as the police announced on Sunday. According to initial findings, three men spoke to the 19-year-old and a companion on Saturday night near a discotheque. Suddenly the young man was then attacked with a knife and the perpetrators fled. Alarmed rescue workers took the seriously injured to a hospital.
During the first witness interviews, the police identified an 18-year-old as a suspect. A little later, he turned himself in at a police station in nearby Delmenhorst. He is now being investigated for dangerous bodily harm. The search for the two alleged accomplices continues, according to the police.
