A 19-year-old driver and his 20-year-old passenger were seriously injured in an accident in Berlin-Schoeneberg on Wednesday night.
According to the police, the young man’s car hit a curb on Motzstrasse, ran over several bollards and then rolled over several times. The driver was said to have been thrown out of the vehicle.
He and his passenger were taken to the hospital. A 19-year-old pedestrian was also injured by flying splinters.
Witnesses reported that the car was clearly traveling too fast.
After the accident, the car was confiscated. The driver’s license was confiscated. The police are now investigating.
