Belgian police have arrested a 19-year-old man suspected of planning a terrorist attack on a Jewish institution and of illegally acquiring weapons.

Belgian prosecutors have not provided details of the alleged attack plan or of the man’s motives.
But the prosecution confirms that the police in Antwerp received a tip about the man on Friday evening. The arrest took place on Saturday, reports the Belgian news agency Belga.
