UPDATE 13:06 The affected area reached 750 square meters, the fire is manifested on the roof. There are 19 special vehicles, 3 SMURD cars, 2 escalators and the Special Rescue Detachment. There are no injured people. A man immobilized in bed was evacuated from the building out of any danger.
