entertainment">Josh’s parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar confirmed the story in an interview with Fox News and Josh apologized in a statement. The abuse was time-barred at the time, so no legal action followed. Earlier this year, Josh Duggar was arrested for possession of child pornography.

entertainment">The jury selection in the case took place on Tuesday. One previously preselected jury member was replaced, because this person turned out to be a relative by marriage of the Duggars. The former reality star is on trial for obtaining and possessing child pornography and could face 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for both charges.
