The victim did not contact the police, but his identity was established. He told law enforcement officers that the conflict occurred after an unknown young man began to insult him because of his hair color, then started a fight and disappeared.
The operatives reproduced the hooligan’s route and established his location. The offender turned out to be an 18-year-old resident of the Kyiv region. Now he faces up to 5 years of restriction of freedom for hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
