During the press conference, the president affirmed that with the arrival of more vaccines, it is already possible to support the child population in the three largest municipalities of the entity, however, they wait for the supplies that are needed to be able to start vaccination schedule in this age group.
He reiterated that there are already 60,000 doses of anticovid pediatric vaccines, the only thing missing is for the supplies to arrive and apparently it could be before the end of this week, so parents are asked to be very attentive to the announcement that will be made to close to the day of vaccination in the three municipalities already mentioned.
He indicated that it is expected to have sufficient doses in each municipality to be able to vaccinate the entire population between 5 and 11 years of age, so as not to do it partially and thus the benefit of this program will reach all the corresponding minors, but he also announced that On Thursday and Friday of this week, a second dose is applied to adolescents from 12 to 17 years of age at the Gómez Palacio expo fair, as well as lagged adults.
On the other hand, the governor referred to the meeting held with workers from the health sector and especially from the regional hospital in El Salto, from whom he listened to their concerns and concerns that they expressed, so he will always be attentive to assist them.
