At least 18 people have been killed in Mexico when a tourist bus drove into a ravine. More than 30 people were injured, authorities said. All occupants were Mexican tourists.
The bus was on Saturday evening (local time) from the city of Guadalajara on its way to the coast in the western state of Nayarit. For unknown reasons, the driver lost control of the wheel, causing the bus to end up next to the road and fall fifteen meters down.
The dead are eleven women and seven men. Eleven minors are among the injured.
