171, the “Brazilian GTA”, is released for PC in Early Access

Who has always fancied a version of Grand Theft Auto in Brazil you can now try it on PC: the game 171, from developer Betagames Group, arrived on Steam this Thursday (17th) in Early Access mode. With a promotional price of R$53.99, it is now possible to purchase and download the title on the platform.

The game features action-adventure elements in an open world map, inspired by Brazilian cities. Right from the start, you can see the similarity in the gameplay of 171 with the franchise rock star gameswhich has earned the nickname “GTA Brasileiro” since its first development announcement, in 2015.

The early access version features combat and map exploration mechanics, as well as specific jobs that earn your character money. The launch trailer showcases soccer fields, ATM attacks, and enemy fights:

The forecast for the release of the final version of 171 it’s slated for early 2024, according to a statement from Betagames Group. The final model is expected to include a campaign mode, map expansion, new content, and bug fixes found in the Alpha release. There is no estimated release date for the game on consoles yet.
