17-year-old Alexandros, the victim of the fatal traffic accident on the Nicosia-Paleichori road

The body of the victim from the fatal road collision that occurred in the early hours of Monday, on the Nicosia – Palechorio road, belongs to Alexandros Kasioulis, 17 years old, from Nicosia, and his death was caused by a severe brain injury and multiple injuries, the Police announced.

As reported, the forensic autopsy on the victim’s body was carried out today by coroners Angeliki Papetta and Orthodoxos Orthodoxou, where it was established that “his death was caused by a severe brain injury and multiple injuries to the body and vital organs due to the traffic accident”.

Also, it is added, after scientific tests that were carried out, it was identified that the body belongs to Alexandros Kasioulis, 17 years old, from Nicosia.

As part of the investigation into the fatal road collision, the Police once again call on any person who may know anything about the circumstances of the incident to contact the Nicosia Traffic Police at 22802023/22802086/22802075 or the Citizen’s Line 1460.
