BEIJING, Jan.1 (Xinhua) – A total of 17 COVID-19 patients were released from hospital on Thursday in mainland China, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Friday.
A total of 370 confirmed cases are still hospitalized, nine of them in serious condition, the report said.
As of Thursday, 87,071 confirmed cases of COVID-19 had been reported on the mainland. Of these, 82,067 left hospital after their recovery, and 4,634 died of the disease.
