A scientific conference on psychiatry in Jeddah called for intensifying efforts to enhance awareness of the importance of well-being and positive mental health around the world, through awareness campaigns and educational programmes, as well as the importance of supporting research and innovation to develop effective methods and tools to enhance well-being. The activities of the 16th Scientific Conference on Psychiatry and Science concluded Psychology, which was organized by the Saudi Psychiatric Society in partnership with several parties. The conference’s president, Dr. Muhammad Shawosh, explained that the conference discussed the latest developments in the various fields of psychiatry and psychology, and presented 60 scientific lectures and 3 accredited workshops, in addition to 31 panel discussions for experts.
