It reports the Russian Foreign Ministry.

In a message on their websites On Friday, they write that they have made a list of 16 people from Norway, nine from Iceland, three from the Faroe Islands and three from Greenland who are now banned from entering Russia.
According to the report, this comes in response to Norway and the other countries joining the EU’s sanctions against Russia.
According to the report, the people on the list are parliamentarians, members of governments, representatives of business and academia, the media, as well as public figures “who actively promote anti-Russian rhetoric and participate in the formulation and implementation of policies aimed at our country.”
It is unknown to VG who the 16 Norwegians who will be on the list are. Some Russian media write that the names have not been published.
VG has been in contact with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday night. They state that they are not aware of this.
VG also been in contact with the Russian embassy in Oslo, which on Friday night could not answer questions about the case.
This is not the first time Norwegians have been put on lists of people banned from entering Russia. In 2017, the then politicians Bård Vegard Solhjell and Trine Skei Grande, among others, were put on such a list.
– I remember Trine Skei Grande, Per Sandberg and I were on the list at the time. I think it was a bit of a coincidence that it was us. We were told at hand by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but there was no message that we should keep it a secret. Then it became relevant when the Foreign Affairs Committee was going to travel to Moscow, and we were denied a visa, says Solhjell, who is currently Norad director, to VG.
